MILYCRUCH IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING CARE AND QUALITY PRODUCTS. THE HAND-MADE ILLUSTRATIONS ARE PRINTED IN-HOUSE ON THICK BRANDED PAPERS OR AT REFERENCE AND SPECIALIST SUPPLIERS. WE DO EVERYTHING TO OBTAIN EFFICIENT AND FAST SERVICE IN ORDER TO SATISFY OUR VALUABLE CUSTOMERS.

PAYMENT
MILYCRUCH accepts all payments with major credit cards or a PayPal account through the secure PAYPAL platform. This guarantees reimbursements in the event of a dispute, non-delivery or product defect. It is not necessary to create or have a Paypal account to pay with your bank card. All you need is your contact details and payment can be made quickly in one click. 

SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of your order. All orders are shipped via LA POSTE or Mondial Relay depending on the size of the order and the country of destination. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking via the email provided at the time the package was sent. Once your order is shipped, we cannot take any further action until your package arrives. Please refer to your tracking information for delivery date. We do not offer refunds or replacements for late deliveries as this is out of our control.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT
International shipping is available via LA POSTE COLISSIMO. MILYCRUCH is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply. International shipping may take 5-21 business days. You will receive shipping notification with tracking via the email provided at time of order.

TAXES
We are required to collect sales tax (French VAT) on all our national and international orders at a rate set at 20%.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We only accept returns on non-personalized products like games and postcards. Damaged packages with photo will be replaced free of charge. If your package is lost, a claim will be filed with the carrier. Once we receive a refund for the lost items, you will be refunded or a replacement will be sent. Claims can no longer be filed 30 days after the shipping date, refunds can take from a few days to 2 weeks depending on the type of payment and your banking institution. Delivery costs are not refundable and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
